Before the Test
1) Print the scoring record below, attach it to a clipboard, and keep it hidden from the person taking the test.

2) Seat the person taking the test in front of this screen.
3) Tell them: "You'll see a series of words appear on the screen, one at a time, for two seconds each. Please read each word aloud."
During the test
Use the scoring record to track any errors they make.
After the test
When the test ends, a screen will prompt you to enter the number of errors made. This will then give you some information about their performance on the test.
Results
Please type in the number of errors made and submit to get your results.
